Message from the chairman

For many years, the general manager and I have been leading and guiding our 4A management philosophy: ACTIVE, AMIABLE, ADVANCED, ALWAYS. In the process of technological upgrading and introduction of automation equipment within the business scope, we have always upheld and followed our principle that everything must be perfect, reasonable, and without compromise. Continuously reform and innovate, successively obtain ISO and IATF certifications, use the latest technology and comprehensive management and computer system operation, and commit to the mission of improvement, pursuit of excellence and sustainable operation.

Our ultimate goal is to provide excellent quality, reasonable cost, punctual delivery and satisfy customer requirements. I encourage everyone in AXIS to have a positive spirit, specialize in work, and share the results of customer performance and the joy of harvest.

Brand story

AXIS means “axis”, which symbolizes the basic material of the company′s main product transformer.
The other meaning is the coordinates, and the earth rotates according to this axis, which means “Heaven walks healthy, keeps striving for self-improvement”.

Company purpose and philosophy

Business philosophy is a belief, a way for high-level managers to clearly express their operations. It is usually stated in concise aphorisms. It is the basic unified thought and concept on which all employees in the company execute their business.

Xunde’s business philosophy is expressed in English and can be represented by four “A”s. The business philosophy of the Four A is not only from the perspective of the enterprise, but also from the perspective of customers and society.

1993	Nov	Changed its name to “Xunde Industrial Co., Ltd.”
1994	Jan	Established a factory in Qingxi, Dongguan.
1995	Sep	A cash capital increase of 16,000 yuan was processed, and the capital after the capital increase was 30 million yuan.
1997	Jul	A cash capital increase of 100 million yuan was processed, and the capital after the capital increase was 130 million yuan.
1998	Jul	Completed AX97 and AX98 series SMD inductors (SMD Inductor).
1999	Mar	Completed the AX99 series of SMD inductors, and officially mass-produced 2800W power supplies.
2000	Jan	Completed AX00 and AX01 series SMD inductors.
2001	Dec	The Taoyuan Headquarters office building was completed and moved to a new location for operation.
2002	Mar	Passed ISO-9001 international quality assurance certification.
2002	Jul	Completed SMD inductor AX02 series standard products.
2003	Apr	Apply to the consortium of the Republic of China Securities Counter Trading Center for stock trading.
2003	Otc	The stocks were approved by the Securities and Futures Management Committee of the Ministry of Finance to be listed on the OTC and officially listed for trading on 11/26.
2003	Nov	Acquired the American TRIAD company and changed its name to Acumen Electronics, Inc. as a 100%-owned subsidiary. Continue to use the TRIAD transformer brand for marketing in the North American market.
2006	Jan	Passed ISO-14001 international environmental management system certification.
2008	Sep	After the capital increase, the capital increased to 51.817 million yuan. After the capital increase, the capital was 511.677 million yuan.
2012	Apr	A total of 4,267 thousand treasury shares were cancelled, and the capital after the capital reduction was 46.9007 million yuan.
2012	Otc	American subsidiary Acumen Electronics, Inc. handled capital increase and acquired a new plant.
